Individual Counselling

In person or on-line support for adolescents and adults. Individual sessions can be a powerful way to initiate change. The therapist-client relationship allows for trust and safety, personalized care and tailored strategies for mental health and wellbeing. Common concerns are: anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, impacts of trauma and parenting.

Couples & Family Therapy

Through a systemic approach all family members are equally important as part of solutions. Family therapy can be a unique way to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and build stronger relationships.

At times communicating effectively can be difficult in relationships. We like to support couples to return to a place of common ground, mutual respect and appreciation.

We get it, this can be a big step for families! Contact us if you would like to know more about how couples and family therapy sessions work.
